TEAM ENTRY INFORMATION
The Sydney Metropolitan Volleyball League has been created for players who would like to play representatively in winter but cannot commit to SVL.
This league is targeted towards teams/players that are trying to build their volleyball experience but have fun at the same time. The tournament will be made up of 6-8 teams and begin on the 28th of June 2025.
It will be a co-ed league. A minimum of two female players must be on the court at all times in order for the team to meet the rules. This will be an official tournament with Round Robin structure and finals in the last two weeks. Official Qualified Referees will be present at every match. This will give the players a professional environment to play in and also motivate them during training!
Below are the dates for the SMVL including finals: (there are 4 time slots each week that your team may play in. The earliest time slot per week is listed below)

How to enter the tournament:
Option 1: TEAM ENTRY
The team entry fee is $1499. Maximum 10 players per team, Minimum 6 players per team.
If you need help sourcing uniforms, the club can order them for you just let us know.
Option 2: INDIVIDUAL or Small Group
If you can’t form a team but would still like to play you can enter as an individual or with a couple of friends and we will find other players to form your team.
Cost is $199 per player.
Uniform(we can order these for you or your team can organise it externally if you prefer).
If you enter as an Individual, you will receive an official offer for your place in the team.
Please note: a deposit must be paid to secure your team’s/individual spot.
